新京報訊 (記者張玉學)因被影射為章子怡負面消息的幕后策劃，范冰冰訴編劇畢成功以及黔訊網主辦方侵犯名譽權。
昨日記者獲悉，該案二審宣判，維持認定兩被告侵權，需在《新京報》刊登致歉聲明，并賠償范冰冰共計5萬元的一審判決。
去年5月29日，香港某報刊登名為“章子怡因情婦說被限制出境”一文。次日，內地編劇、影評人畢成功發表微博稱，章子怡的負面報道為范冰冰指使的“誣陷計劃”。隨后，黔訊網刊載了《編劇曝章子怡被黑內幕，主謀范冰冰已無戲可拍？》，稱范冰冰是幕后主謀。
范冰冰方認為，該微博與文章致范冰冰的社會評價降低、名譽權受到侵害，于是將畢成功和黔訊網所屬公司貴州易賽德文化傳媒有限公司訴至法院，請求停止侵害、公開在《新京報》等媒體上道歉，并分別賠償精神撫慰金50萬元。
該案一審范冰冰勝訴，法院判決易賽德公司在黔訊網首頁及《新京報》連續7日刊登致歉聲明；畢成功在《新京報》及其新浪微博刊登致歉聲明，在新浪微博置頂顯示不少于15日；兩被告分別賠償范冰冰精神損害撫慰金3萬元和2萬元。
